INITIAL VISIT
The day before your scheduled appointment you will receive a courtesy reminder phone call from Abby's.
On your appointment day, drop-off time is between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, unless you have a special needs dog and have made advance arrangements.
On your initial visit, please allow time for a groomer consultation when you are dropping off your dog. One of our groomers will meet with you and your dog and discuss the groom you would like for your dog. It is important for us to have "hands on" time with your dog to assess their coat and skin and provide recommendations if necessary.
When the groom is complete we will call and let you know. Pick up
time is anytime after you receive this notification until closing time.
